Question: The jobs you email me aren't what I'm looking for, how can I update them?
Answer: If the jobs we send you aren't quite right, you can easily edit the job search parameters. Just login to YourRetailJob.com and go to your secure Jobseeker Area. In the left hand menu click 'Email Alerts' to view the job search options. Once you've updated the required search fields, click 'Save Email Alerts' at the bottom.
 
Question: How do I delete my account?
Answer: If you're sure you would like to delete your account, please contact us to assist with the deletion and removal of your account. Please note that once this has been actioned, your account details and CV will be permanently deleted from our system and you will need to re-register to apply for jobs on YourRetailJob.com in the future. Alternatively, you can decide to keep your account open, but not to receive emails or allow recruiters to view your CV until you need our services again. You can update these details by logging in and amending these preferences in your secure Jobseeker Area.
 
Question: How do I update my login details?
Answer: To update your login details, you'll need to be logged into your secure Jobseeker Area. In the left hand menu click 'Update Profile' to view your personal information. Once you've updated your login details, click 'Update Profile' at the bottom to save your changes.

Question: What information is kept in my profile?
Answer: Information you provide when registering with YourRetailJob.com is saved in your profile. Your profile includes:
  • Salary requirements for your next role
  • Current and target job titles
  • Your online and Word CV
  • Your contact details
  • Your home and preferred work locations
  • Login details
  • Jobs you've applied for

Note: Your login details and applicatioins cannot be seen by recruiters.
 
Question: Why is it important to keep my profile up-to-date?
Answer: When you apply for jobs, both your profile information and your CV will be available to the recruiter. To ensure recruiters only contact you for relevant and appropriate jobs, it's important to keep this information up to date.
 
Question: Why do I need to create an Online CV as well as upload a Word CV?
Answer: Your application can be viewed in several different ways by recruiters and an online CV is often quicker and easier to view through their web browser than a Word CV.
