Job Title: Sales Manager - Glasgow St Enochs Mamas & Papas Ltd.

The Role
As a Sales Manager you will act as the store Deputy Manager, supporting the Store Manager to deliver and exceed the store sales target. Key accountabilities include:
•Measuring and managing individual performance through observations, analysing individual sales, ATV, UPT, and conversion
•Empowering individuals to achieve and exceed individual sales targets through training, on the job coaching and appraisals
•Analysing reports and identifying commercial opportunities to drive sales, implementing and measuring changes
•Effective sales floor management to ensure that we are consistently delivering a customer experience that places Mamas & Papas at the heart of parenting
•Communication to the store colleagues, keeping them abreast of store performance and company initiatives
•Store Duty Management, taking full ownership of the store operation and KPI performance

The Person
•You will be an established Retail Manager at Deputy, Assistant, Department, Brand, Sales or Floor Manager level from a fashion, footwear, home, jewellery or department store background
•You will be commercially savvy and have the experience of interpreting reports and implementing and measuring actions to drive sales performance
•You will be an established people manager with a proven track record of leading, coaching and managing a sales consultant population to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
•You will have a vibrant, supportive, imaginative & warm personality combined with an inspirational and engaging leadership style and a can do approach
