YourRetailJob.com is owned and operated by The Retail Bulletin Limited and is made available according to the following terms and conditions.
By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
        "YourRetailJob.com, Us, We, Our": The Retail Bulletin Limited, Nicholson House, 41 Thames Street Weybridge KT13 8JG
        "Candidate, You, Applicant or Jobseeker": The person using this site for career related purposes.
        "Client, Customer, Employer or Recruiter": Any person, company, organisation or firm using this site for recruitment purposes.
        "Order Form": An order for Services on a form provided by us (in any format) and signed by the Customer.
        "Services": All recruitment products and services made available by us.
        "Contract Term": The full term specified in the Order Form.
References to the singular include the plural and references to the masculine include the feminine and vice versa where the context requires it. These terms and conditions will be governed by UK Law.
The headings contained in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
The Client agrees to the use of its brand or logo being displayed on the carousel of the YourRetailJob.com website. Its unique client page will be created with a profile of the Client and its current vacancies being listed. Should the Client wish to showcase a corporate video of its company this will need to be supplied by the Client (we can arrange this service).
Prices are as specified in the YourRetailJob.com ratecard and are guaranteed for the period stated on the order form.
Any discounts agreed are confidential and may not be disclosed by the customer.
All prices exclude VAT and are payable within 30 days from invoice date.
Late payment may result in suspension of services.
We will not commence the provision of Services pursuant to any Order Form until the Order Form has been returned to us, in a form approved by us and confirmed by the Customer by way of signature, email confirmation or provision of purchase order number and, in the case of Customers who purchase Services on terms that require pre-payment, Services will not commence until payment is received and cleared.
The Customer may terminate an order in writing by no less than:
                Up to 2 months 30 days
                3 to 5 months 90 days
                6 months plus 180 days
Termination by the Customer before the end of the contract term may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire contract term.
We may terminate the provision of Services if:
The Customer is in material breach of these terms and conditions and has not remedied such breach within ten days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or:
The Customer becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation.
All applications will be filtered by YourRetailJob.com and relevant CV’s forwarded in the agreed manner to the Client.
YourRetailJob.com will only contact applicants in cases of quality control.
All introductions of Applicants are confidential.
The Company endeavours to ensure the suitability of any Applicant sent to the Client. Notwithstanding this, the Client shall satisfy itself as to the suitability of the Applicant and shall take up any references provided by the Applicant before engaging such Applicant. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining work and other permits if required, for the arrangement of medical examinations and/or investigations into medical history of any Applicant, and satisfying any medical and other requirements or qualifications required by law of the country in which the Applicant is engaged to work.
The Company has represented itself as being fully competent to carry out this assignment at the highest levels of professionalism and the Client has accepted these representations as which will be relied upon for the purposes of managing all aspects of this assignment including the maintenance of confidentiality.
YourRetailJob.com does not discriminate against anyone registered to or using the website.
We endeavour to ensure that all possible measures are taken to prevent any vacancies advertised or searches do not discriminate against age, disabilities, gender or race.
The search tools in place on the site do not have the functionality to exclude any candidates with disabilities. It is down to the users themselves to ensure they comply with discrimination laws.
Advertisements which appear to discriminate on grounds of gender, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. Advertisements are accepted by YourRetailJob.com on the basis that the advertiser confirms that any requirement or qualification which may appear to discriminate illegally is in compliance with any exemption available under the relevant legislation. Notwithstanding this confirmation, if we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may either amend the advertisement or remove it without liability to the advertiser.
The content of our website including without limitation all information, software, data, text, photographs, graphics, sound and video are protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights.
Other than insofar as necessary for reasonable personal use of the website, its content may not be retrieved, displayed, modified, copied, printed, sold, downloaded, sold, hired, reverse engineered or transmitted in any way without our prior written consent.
We do not guarantee any response to advertisements or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is the responsibility of the Customer to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.
The Customer agrees to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement and not do anything which may bring YourRetailJob.com into disrepute. The Customer will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against YourRetailJob.com arising from a breach of this obligation or any of these terms and conditions.
We have no control over the third party sites listed on our website and do not endorse them. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability or content of, or goods or services available on, those websites. You use those websites at your own risk.
This website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend the website without notice for repair, maintenance or other technical reasons.
We do not guarantee that this site will operate either fully or in part on any specific computer equipment or in any specific software or that it is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.
This section (and any other clause excluding or limiting our liability) applies to our directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents and affiliated companies as well as to us. Information will be collected and recorded in accordance with the privacy policy. The candidate acknowledges and agrees by these terms. Any information collected about candidates may be shared with other divisions of The Retail Bulletin Limited.
YourRetailJob.com reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the content of the site (including the services offered by YourRetailJob.com). Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the site and by continuing to use the site following such change, you signify that you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions of use.
When you 'apply online', we store some information about you in your 'My Account' area, but it is protected by your password and may only be accessed by you. It does not form part of our candidate database and cannot be searched or accessed by YourRetailJob.com customers. You can delete your account details at any time.
When you complete your job-seekers profile, including your CV, it can be made available for searching, viewing over the Internet and downloading by any direct recruiter, employment consultant or other person or organisation who requests CVs matching your profile to be sent to them. YourRetailJob.com does not verify the identity or the nature of the business of such organisations.
We do not guarantee that by completing a candidate profile you will secure a job. This is simply a tool that will enhance your visibility to recruiters and employers and enable you to apply to jobs by email sooner.
In order to fulfil our legal and business obligations we procure personal information you make available to us when registering with our site. We use this information to improve our services we offer to you and to analyse and remedy defects. In order to use our services, you will be asked to provide us with your personal data such as your name, address, email and telephone number. Furthermore you have the opportunity to submit your CV on which you can describe your skills, knowledge and experience. In the course of recruitment process we may also store further information that may be of importance for a successful placement.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in connection with the use of this website. These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the Client by virtue of a signed booking form or payment of fees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Representative of the Company, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms and conditions or purchase conditions put forward by the Client.
No variation or alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a Representative of the Company.
These terms and conditions shall be governed, construed and shall take effect in accordance with the Laws of English; and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and future changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to check the date of this policy whenever you visit our website for any updates or changes.
